The constitution and the Bill of Right

The constitution is the structure and organization of Government. It is also rules and regulations that are formed by the people, to the people, and for the people.

The Bill of Rights is the name for the first 10 amendments to the United States Constitution. These amendments describe the most important rights that the founders of the country believed every citizen in United States should believe in and follow.

These rights include freedom of expression, freedom of religion, freedom from cruel and unusual punishment, freedom to own and use firearms, freedom from arbitrary searches and property seizures by government etc…

All the articles, sections and Amendement are important because every law will once be used in our daily life.

The five most important laws or amendement that i find crucial are the following:

Article I Section 1:

All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.

  • This is important because the country needs to have a certain organization and to spread power in the country and so it is not focused permanently in one person.

Article I section 9 clauses 8

No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince or foreign State.

  • This clause is important because all humans are created equal and everyone is allowed to have a minimum of respect. This clause is also important because it discourages bribing and corruption.

Article 2 section 1 clause 5

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

  • This clause is important because The President should be American in order to love his country and rule it in a way that he is sure that everyone will appreciate. However, if another person from a different country rules the country he will want to interiorize the country he is ruling in order to superiorize his original country.

Article 2, Section 3

He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, he may adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper; he shall receive Ambassadors and other public Ministers; he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States.

  • The President needs to update the Congress with information he knows and has to be informed. He needs to represent the country in a good way because he is like the ambassador of his country and everybody relies on him.

Article 4, Section 2 Clauses 2

A Person charged in any State with Treason, Felony, or other Crime, who shall flee from Justice, and be found in another State, shall on Demand of the executive Authority of the State from which he fled, be delivered up, to be removed to the State having Jurisdiction of the Crime.

  • This clause is important because people needs to have self respect and do not have to pass limits there must be a justice to punish and give consequences of acts. U.S.A need to work in a community and to consider themselves as one state because if a person did a crime, he had to be pursued by the whole nation to be punished if not chaos will up come the whole university. The freedom of a person is finished when the freedom of other begin.

Bill of Rights

Amendment 1

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

  • The 1st Amendment is primordial because everyone should have freedom of worship to express his or her opinion to show that he contributes and is part of the community to have an active role in the society.

Amendment 4:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

  • This Amendment is important because people should feel themselves in a safe place when they are in their shelter. Everyone should have a private life and it is primordial to have a secret place where you’re the only one to stay in it. It is also important for a person to be King of his place or land. Home sweet Home.

Amendment 5:
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation
  • This Amendment help people to not be accused without proof because everyone can come and sue people without any information that shows that the person has committed a crime and is guilty.
